Emi Wada
is a Japanese costume designer. She created costumes for the Akira Kurosawa film ''Ran'', which earned her an Academy Award for costume design, the Peter Greenaway film ''Prospero's Books'', and the Zhang Yimou films, ''Hero'' and ''House of Flying Daggers''.
